ZNU Porcelain Dress

The porcelain pattern is one of the top trends to emerge this past summer. To be honest, I was not a big fan of the trend but there was a vintage appeal to the print that I found quite irresistible. And so I gave in... I got this dress from ZNU (with free shipping worldwide, don't you just love that?) for a little shy of $23!

Dress: ZNU (c/o) / Bag: Secosana / Earrings: Happiness Boutique (c/o) / Watch: JORD (c/o) / Flats: Mendrez / Sunnies: Sunnies Studios (get 15% off with code ZBAPZD4H)

I am pleased to report that the pattern and print was exactly as I imagined. I always feel slightly nervous when I order from an online store for the first time - you just don't know what to expect. And ZNU did not let me down. This dress was absolute beauty! In fact, the color was a bit more vibrant in person than the photo shown on the website. The only letdown is that it is a little too short for my liking. In fact, I can't even raise my hands without showing my bum. I'll probably wear it as a top from now on but that does not take anything away from this lovely dress.

What are your thoughts on the porcelain trend - would you try it or not?

  31. I love the porcelain design. It reminds me of my grandmothers dishware. I think this dress is beautiful but I agree with you, way too short. I was thinking the same thing, how will she sit or raise her hands. It must be that their clothing line is more petite than the average designer. Great idea wearing it as a top. I'm 5"10 and would never be able to wear it. It would be a crop top on me. Lol Llol.

  37. Free shipping worldwide!? I live in Spain, so I am always discouraged from shopping in some of my favorite stores because shipping costs so much. This dress looks beautiful on you! I recently had the same problem of a dress being too short, I paired it with a pari of destructed denim shorts. Walking normally you couldn't see them but when sitting down you can see them peeking out and I really like the way it looks!

  40. That dress is so pretty! I love that blue design. I know what you mean about it being a bit too short. I have that problem with a lot of dresses since I'm so tall. But it would also make a beautiful top or worn with leggings! You look great!

  41. I love that you paired it with a completely different color shoe! They totally pop!
