I always love a search for great deals so I'm back with another Save vs Splurge post today! And I am featuring one of the fall essential items to incorporate into your wardrobe - scarf!     I don't really splurge on scarves, I don't wear them that much that I need a great quality one. And all of the ones here are really pretty.
