Sultry Summer: Chiffon Maxi Dress from Persunmall

Sundresses and floral prints are my usual go-to option for summer. I love how these fashion choices create a feminine but sexy vibe to spice up your summer look. But as the maxi trend hit big last year, I was bitten by the fashion bug and hopped onto the bandwagon. That is saying a lot given that I am petite and was quite scared to try out wearing maxis to begin with.

However, this high waist chiffon maxi dress from Persunmall was my go-to pick for summer this year. The dress is sultry and sexy at the same time. It is made with light chiffon material so I cannot stress further how comfortable it is to wear. I ordered it for only $28.99 (roughly PhP 1,300) and proved to be a good buy because the quality of the fabric is really good. It also comes with a cotton inner lining so it is not see-through (no worries!). 

The versatility of the dress is something I commend, too. I can opt to wear it with flats for a casual day-time look or with heels or wedges for a bit more sophisticated look. But for this particular day, I opted to wear it casual. I even had my wavy hair down and finished it off with a headband and some statement necklace. The dress does not require any more styling, just basic touches to complete the look.
