June Remix: Bohemian

The skort trend has slowly fizzled out. But I am not one to be rattled by that. This is not the first time that I've worn something even when it is out of trend, so to speak. After all, I do not waste my money on trendy items unless I am really into them. That way, I can still get to wear those pieces even when they are past their trend prime. 



I decided to go for a slightly bohemian feel to my look by pairing the skort with my oversized peasant top. I just love how this outfit feels so comfortable - that has been my emphasis in most of my outfits that I had featured on the blog. I wouldn't compromise it for anything.

    Great look dear! About the skirt trend, I kinda love it but never really have a chance to give it a try. My hubby always stops me from hopping on this trend; he doesn't like it (but you know most guys don't know what they are talking about haha). You rock it though!

    i have a pair of crochet shorts from last year and i still love it! sometimes it's not about what's trendy, but how we style it :) love the shorts with the peasant top! :)

    I love how your peasant top is a little sheer, it is so fun and sexy and works perfectly with that lace skort. i think skorts are such a comfortable option, because they let you show a little leg, but you can also have the freedom to bend over!

    Good for you for avoiding the big trends and sticking to your own personal style.
