From Rompers to Jumpsuits

My summer uniform - that is basically what I've dubbed rompers as. But when the weather transitions to become slightly colder, it is important to give an update to my so-called uniform. One way to do that is to update into a jumpsuit. I admit: I am slightly intimidated by the idea of wearing jumpsuits, but I also felt the same way about rompers initially. Hence, I am excited to finally give it a try especially after I've seen a few cute ones from Mod & Soul and StyleWe. In particular, StyleWe is one website that I just recently discovered and is now gaining attention in the world of online shopping. The off-shoulder is unquestionably the biggest trend of the season. I am a huge fan of this trend - there is basically no off-shoulder piece (dress or top) that I've seen that I did not love. So I decided that I should try it out for myself, too. I was lucky enough to find this gorgeous floral off-shoulder top from Shein. I knew that if I was going to get one that it would be a floral print and seeing that this was less than $10, I couldn't have added this to my cart fast enough.

I wanted for the top to be the focal point of this look so I wore it with my classic skinny jeans, a basic black tote and my reliable JORD watch. Fall 2016 Shoe Edit

As much as I am not willing to let go of my summer dresses, maxi dresses, slides and those cute strappy sandals yet, I am also excited with the cooler months in the horizon. I love the holiday season and this year I am most excited about the fact that we are celebrating it in our own home for the first time! I got this striped maxi dress from Rosegal since I was searching for a comfortable tank maxi dress to wear to an upcoming vacation in Southeast Asia. And anyone whose explored Southeast Asia knows how punishing the heat can get. Hence, I am gathering items that are easy to wear and helps to keep me fresh when I am out and about!
