Unofficial Guide to Spring Skirts

I don't know about you but I think of skirts when I want to create an effortless style. There is a subtle cross between casual and feminine style that I really love. With the warmer weather, there is an added incentive of skirts helping you stay cool and stylish. But what is the right skirt to wear for spring/summer?
