Dressgal Kimono

Kimonos are one of my favorite trends this year. I know I am slightly late on the trend, as I've always been, but it's just that I haven't been able to find that one kimono that I would be willing to invest in. My criteria for a good kimono has to be something with a timeless touch to it. And this is where this floral kimono comes in...

Dress: Shein (sold out, available in other color here) / Kimono: Dressgal (c/o) / Watch: Jord (c/o) / Necklace: Rings and Tings (c/o) / Bracelet: Rings and Tings (c/o) / Flats: Mendrez

This kimono is from Dressgal. It is light, pretty and versatile. For a floral lover like me, it is a unique way to incorporate this print into my outfit - as an accent rather than the main piece. If you're interested in getting this kimono, it is also available in black for less than $10 here

I wanted to keep the entire look easy and breezy so I added in minimal touches from the bracelet and necklaces I got from Rings and Tings. You can get the necklaces here and here, while the bracelet is available here.

Sexy Floral

Due to the excessive amount of floral in my closet, I've tried to consciously deviate from this pattern whenever I do my online shopping. But what's a girl to do? I saw this floral bodycon dress from Dressgal and I just couldn't say no. This is the second time (see the first here) that I am sporting a dark based floral print and it's my new favorite kind of floral.

Dress: Dressgal (c/o) / Shoes: CLN (similar) / Tote: Mendrez / Watch: JORD (c/o)

I paired this dress with my favorite beige ankle strap heels and tote bag from Mendrez. Red lips and my go-to Jord Ely Maple watch completed the look. This is one of the things I love about floral; you can keep it simple but still make enough statement. And just a quick heads up, this dress is sold at only $10!

What is your favorite pattern of all time?

Striped Swing + Sili Sunglasses

I've been seeing swing dresses on several bloggers lately and I couldn't resist the urge to jump in. Before you judge me for being a trend follower, I have been wanting to get a swing dress for myself because a) they look super comfortable and b) they are really comfortable! When I saw this striped swing dress at Dressgal, I wasted no second to add it to my cart. I knew I had to have it!

Dress: Dressgal (c/o) / Necklace: ZNU (c/o) / Sunglasses: Sili Sunglasses (c/o) / Watch: La Mer Collections (c/o) / Shoes: similar

It is one of those dresses that can be easily dressed up or down. That particular factor is what I've been looking for when shopping for dresses as of late. I hate when something can only be worn a specific way - versatility is a must! It also gives you more wear for your purchase. I decided to dress up this swing dress with glitter heels and statement necklace from ZNU.

And speaking of versatile pieces, don't you just love my new sunglasses? It's from Sili Sunglasses. I love this company! They allow you to customize your sunglasses from the lens to the frame to the arms. Mine is the White Matte Polarized Lens Sunglasses. It can be dressed up or down, too, so I thought it would go well with my dress. But that's not the best part yet, they ship worldwide for FREE. Check out Sili Sunglasses and start building your own custom sunglasses.
