2 Ways to Style Durango Leather Purse

The moment I decided to take on fashion blogging, I was both nervous and excited. Nervous because I knew I had a limited amount of clothes to showcase as I am no celebrity who gets clothes for free! At the same time, I was excited because it was a great way to challenge myself to be creative with how I style my clothes.

That is exactly what I wanted to showcase today. I was sent this Belle Star Purse from Durango. I picked it because of its ability to become a versatile addition to my wardrobe. I hate having to buy every type of bag for each occasion. So why not buy one that you can use different ways? The color also helps to render its versatility. It is neutral and can therefore go with almost everything. Thus, I came up with two looks that I like wearing this bag with.

Aside from the bag, I would like to showcase two ways I've styled a floral top I recently got from HerBench. I love basic and simple tops like this. You can pair them anything!

Look #1

Top: HerBench / Pants: Jag Jeans / Purse: Durango (c/o) / Shoes: Mendrez

The first look is a casual ensemble and your typical day-to -day wear for running errands. I don't normally wear jeans lately (I prefer dresses and skirts) but when I do, I want to be as comfortable as can be. This top screams comfort in every sense of the word. Plus, I loved pairing it with my new fuchsia pointed toe flats from Mendrez. The Durango purse serves as the perfect finishing touch to the outfit because it is large enough to carry all of my essentials. It also comes with a detachable sling so I can wear it over my shoulder when I want to.

Look #2

Top: HerBench / Skirt: Persunmall / Purse: Durango (c/o) / Necklace: Sheinside / Shoes: Mendrez

In this second look, I am going for a casual glam look. I paired the floral blouse with a cobalt pencil skirt and added some statement accessories into the mix (it's from Sheinside for less than $10!!). I switched the pointed toe flats with my new favorite nude heels for an elegant chic look.

Which is your kind of style - 1 or 2? If you fancy getting your own Durango Belle Star Purse, do so now because it is currently on sale!
