Wrap Watch Obsession

Since I got my first La Mer Collections watch, I developed a fascination towards wrap watches. They are simple but fashion-forward. There are also new styles emerging as far as wrap watches are concerned, which is great as there are plenty of opportunities to incorporate them into your style, whatever your personal style preference might be. Aside from having new styles, more brands are also developing their own wrap watches for those who are interested in getting their own. Below are just a few of my coveted wrap watches at the moment:

Sara Designs Vino Wrap Watch
Michael Kors Slim Double Wrap Watch
Tory Burch Buddy Signature Watch

See how I styled my La Mer Collections wrap watch below:

Maxi Moment

Maxis, for me, are like crotchless yoga pants. Don't be fooled - maxi skirts might make an outfit look pulled together but it took me literally a few minutes to get ready. And that is why I love them! Flowy maxi skirts, in particular, are my favorite! I've worn this look a few times but this is the first time that I had featured it on the blog, just because I thought it deserves some love.

I got this low-back floral top from a friend's shop - In Vogue Chic. The maxi skirt, on the other hand, is an old one. Therefore, this is one of those "shop my own closet" looks that I like doing more of recently. I just recently discovered that I've been doing too much shopping and have switched my mindset into reinventing looks from pieces that I already own and being smarter about where and when I shop.

It was only until I looked at the photos in my laptop that I realized the monochromatic theme in the look. Can you tell I love colors so much?

September Wishlist: Watches

When it comes to accessories, you can go for statement or bold pieces. But for a timeless look, nothing beats a watch! A good quality and elegant watch would be even better. Thankfully, there are more brands that manufacture them such that watches aren't just relegated for keeping track of time but also to make a fashion statement. Jord, in particular, is one company that I've been really fond of. They are a one-of-a-kind watch company that makes wood watches. If you would like to see what I'm talking about, check out my post featuring their Ely watch here and here

If you are also looking to up your watch collection, here are some excellent timepieces I've found online:

Sidney Maple Watch / Cora Koa & Rose Gold Watch
Marc By Marc Jacobs Henry Glitz Watch / Chanel Premiere Watch / Michael Kors Slim Runway Watch / La Mer Portugal Crystal Wrap Watch

Are you as into watches as well?
