Personalized Jewelry

Personalized Necklace (c/o)
If you are a frequent reader of this blog, then you have probably witnessed my love affair with accessories and jewelries. I can't help it: love how they add to an outfit. Plus, it is always the most fun part about dressing up: pairing your accessories! But what I love more than jewelry? Personalized jewelry!

Wedges: Sammydress (c/o)
Watch: RumbaTime

Thus, I readily jumped at the chance when I was introduced to GetPersonalizedJewelry. I picked out this gold plated neklace and had it personalized with my name. I always have one or two favorite necklaces but having my name on this makes it extra special. I love the classic style, too, which can be easily worked into my outfit.

If there is one thing that I love as equally as personalized jewelry, it's vintage fashion. In particular, this dress caught my attention as it exhibits a vintage flair with a modern twist. I have always been a fan of polka, too, so I knew I had to have it.

If you prefer monogram necklaces, they also offer those! Have you owned a personalized piece of jewelry?

VIPme Glam Outfit

Dress: VIPme (c/o)
Shoes: CLN PH (similar)
Watch: Rumbatime c/o Shopbop
Earrings: Rosegal (c/o)

In my recent VIPme post, I featured a fun and bright colored dress that would be perfect for day and casual wear. Today, I am showcasing a dressier look with a crochet midi dress. I was drawn to this dress because of the fabric - crochets and laces have always been among my favorite types of fabric to wear. The flowy nature of the bottom of this dress also provides that fun little twist so it is not too formal or dressy! This is also part of their Autumn/Winter collection so if you want to dress up for the season, they have plenty of options to choose from.

Wine Up!

Dress: Brenda-Shop (c/o)
Watch: RumbaTime c/o Shopbop
Earrings: Twinkledeals (c/o)
Shoes: CLN PH
When this time of the year rolls around, there is one color that I find craving: wine red. This subtly sexy color is surprisingly versatile. So today, I am going to take my spin on it with this lovely vintage lace dress from Brenda-Shop. I am sharing a style inspiration for the holidays, which I know is still a long way to go but I am already too excited for that (yep, we're counting down the days 'til Christmas around here!). I can see myself wearing this outfit inspiration for the holiday parties. The dress is already giving the style statement I need for this look so the simple addition of the water drop earrings from Twinkledeals is all I need - plus, a classic nude ankle strap heel and quilted purse!

Red has always been one of my favorite colors to wear- the bolder the red is, the better. But I haven't had much chance to add wine red pieces to my closet. Thus, getting this dress from Brenda-Shop was the perfect excuse to do so! In addition, it is made up of lace, comes with a lace-up front detail and a subtle bell sleeve. What else can I ask for?

Mint Dress + VIPme Review

Dress: VIPme (c/o)
Shoes: Sammydress (c/o)

One of the reasons why I love online shopping is the fact that you can get trendy pieces at much affordable prices than retail shops can offer. Moreover, you can even get ahead of the trends before they hit your local retailers. But for all of its benefits, there has been a notion that affordable pieces would come at a heavy price - such as non-quality items. VIPme wants to change that perception. This fashion website is committed to positioning itself as a platform to empower women's fashion choices. From the words out of the website itself, they want to cherish the "inner me" for every woman.

When I got this mint dress from VIPme, I was thrilled because the quality is impressive for its $32 price tag. The website works by providing you with an array of designers and their fashion collection with which you can choose from based on your personal style. My dress is from Moonbasa and originally retails for $91. Such a great steal for its quality! But what I love most about the website is the fact that they have unique designs that are not available in other fashion retailers.

You can download the VIPme app on your phone to be updated on the latest brands and promotions on the website. For IOS uses, download the app here. If you are an Android user, the app is available for download here. You can also learn more about the I AM #UniquelyMe campaign from VIPme.com via this video.

For those interested to try out VIPme's products, you can use the unique code SIAbigail90 when you order at VIPme to get $5 off on orders $50 and above! This code is valid for one month only so get on it now while you still can.

Hair Care and Bath Essentials

I used to not give much thought to the shampoo and conditioner I use on my hair. But my experience working with hair care professionals and as a professional hair blogger has taught me otherwise. Every hair type is unique. Therefore, every individual has unique needs that must be met as far as hair care is concerned.

I recently switched up my hair care routine to focus on hair products that nourish and repair from within. Argan oil is one of the most lauded natural ingredients that is believed (and backed up by research) to offer amazing benefits to your hair. Think of it like coconut oil. These two are some of the best natural oils you can use on your hair.

Today, I am giving you a glimpse into my hair care routine and the products I use to nurture my hair from inside-out:

Shift to The Mint Julep

When The Mint Julep Boutique reached out to cooperate with me on a giveaway, I was super excited since I've been eyeing this shop closely. I mean, who wouldn't? Check out their feed on Instagram and you will be bombarded with endless array of fashionable and trendy pieces that make styling easier. I love that their pieces are uniquely theirs - every piece has The Mint seal!

True to their commitment of quality and trendy pieces, this shift dress I got from the shop was of superb quality. I would not normally go for a shift dress - I am more of a bodycon or fit and flare dress kind of girl. But I just had to try this on! Aside from the great quality fabric, I cannot even begin to share how comfortable it feels on.

Butter London Cheeky Cream Blush in Honey Pie

Hurray to my first cheek blush review! And this one is a doozy. Butter London is a famous cosmetics and nail polish brand so I was excited to try their cream blusher line for the first time. I got my Butter London Cheeky Cream Blush from My Hair Care, a leading retailer of hair and beauty products in Australia and online.

The website describes Honey Pie as a peach-pink creme. It comes in a sheer and cream formula for ease of application - indeed you can use your fingers to blend it nicely onto your cheeks. What I love most about this cream blusher is the fact that it provides that natural sheen to your cheeks while being subtle enough to add color to your skin. You can definitely add a few more coats for a fiercer blush - it's up to you!

This has definitely been my go-to blush for daily use. My cream blush is in Honey Pie but you can choose from several other shades namely Naughty Biscuit, Abbey Rose and Pistol Pink

What is your favorite blusher? Do you prefer cream or powder formula?
