Uncommon Goods + Unique Gift Ideas

I am of the opinion that accessories and jewelries can elevate a simple outfit. Even when you are wearing a simple tee and jeans, pairing it with the right accessories can transform the outfit. Therefore, I always relish the idea of stumbling upon a website that offers unique jewelry options. When I was introduced to Uncommon Goods, I knew right away that this would be a great website to support. You can check out the website's unique collection of handmade jewelry here

When I tied the knot last year, I bought my bridesmaids and maid of honor earrings as gifts so they all wore the same earrings on my wedding day. Jewelry is and always will be a classic gift idea for special occasions like weddings, bridal showers, birthdays and more. You will be spoiled for choice at Uncommon Goods; just check it out for yourself on their website. I've also included some gift ideas that you can choose from, especially if you are attending a special occasion soon:

Uncommon Goods was founded in 1999 and quickly carved its niche in the industry for its commitment to bring the most unique, handcrafted jewelry while being eco-friendly. Not only are the methods used for production safe for humans, animals and the environment, but majority of the materials used are recycled or upcycled. In addition, their website becomes a platform for artists and designers to showcase their handmade creations.

On top of an eco-friendly business practice, Uncommon Goods give back to the community. As part of the company's core values, they want to utilize the creative talent of artists to create a positive impact on the environment and the immediate community. To date, they have donated up to $1 Million to charities via the Better to Give program, of which the company has been a part of in the last 12 years. Father's Day Gift Guide

It seemed like only yesterday when we celebrated Mother's Day and June is already upon us. Aside from the boyf's birthday, there is one other occasion that I look forward to this month - Father's Day. I can pretty much say that I'm a daddy's girl - I spent most of my time with dad watching our favorite sport: basketball. We also have similar interest in food and hobbies. Ironically though, I always have trouble finding a gift to give him during Father's Day.

For one, he has an expensive taste... and very picky! It has to be a particular brand and style (or color), or he won't be convinced to wear or use it! But thankfully, I've made improvements over the years... If you're troubled, like me, you can break down your choices of fashion gift items according to your dad's personality and style.

Valentine's Day Gift Guide: For The Active Women

When it comes to gift shopping, I always think function first. Even when I do appreciate getting luxury gifts from the boyf, getting things that I can actually use is more satisfying. One of the things that I am spending more of my money on as of late are athletic and workout gears. Just a month ago, I bought a new pair of gym shoes and slip in to buy workout apparel whenever I can. If your lady is also into sports or working out, or if you enjoy doing outdoor stuffs, then buying them the apparel they need for such activities is a great idea for a Valentine's Day gift.

One more benefit to buying athletic gifts this Valentine's Day is that there are plenty of options to choose from. You can go for apparel, shoes, or accessories. Plus, there are lots of manufacturers that specialize in sports items for men and women.

Save yourself time and start shopping athletic apparel and accessories for your woman. Here are some ideas for you:
