Pink + Leopard

I have always been of the opinion that red is the best color to pair with leopard prints. However, I just recently discovered a new and equally stunning combo: pink and leopard. I bought this leopard shorts from Choies and one of my favorite shorts of all time. I get lots of compliments with this shorts and rightfully so. The fit is perfect and is made of high quality materials.

When I brought this shorts for my vacation, I paired it with my pink ballerina top from HerBench. It was the perfect choice of outfit for a day of road trip, mountain trail hike, elephant riding and exploring the Oriental Village. A messy braid was the perfect finishing touch to this look.

I would also like to share some more photos of me showcasing this outfit in action:

Coco-Fashion.com: Pink Jumpsuit

I am never the type to jump into a trend just for the sake of it. I make it a point to get into a trend that I know would work for me or my body type. One of those trends that I have been contemplating on trying is the jumpsuit. I could imagine this wasn't the most comfortable piece of clothing to wear, especially if you need to go to the restroom. But then again, I decided to give it a try when Coco-Fashion.com reached out to collaborate with me.

I initially picked the red version of this jumpsuit. Sadly, it wasn't available... so I went with the pink one. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. This pink jumpsuit was fabulous! I loved it the moment I first tried it on.

It was the perfect choice of outfit for a day of travel during my recent vacation. It was easy to wear and effortlessly fashionable too. I paired it with my strappy sandals and accessorized with this statement necklace from Sheinside and I'm good to go.

If you would like to shop this jumpsuit, you can visit here. Coco-Fashion.com is a shopping haven for those looking for great deals! I love that there is literally an endless array of options at the website. Their dress section was specifically irresistible; in fact, I have a wishlist that I am planning on gradually exhausting soon!

Are you a fan of jumpsuits? Did you have any reservations like me?

Of Lace and Pink + Linkup

You might scoff at me for my repeated insistence on loving lace but what's a girl to do? I LOVE lace! Hence, it was not surprising to me that I picked not one but two lace skirts from ThredUP as part of our collaboration. This lace pencil skirt is one of them. You can see me style the other lace skirt here.

I decided to go all-out with the feminine detail of the look by pairing the lace skirt with my pink sheer top. A hint of mint from my necklace helped to break up the color monotony. And for the final touch of glam, my sleek ponytail came to the rescue.

If you noticed, I was all smiles that day - the weather was cooperating with us. In fact, the wind kept blowing my way and I think it helped out to create some beautiful shots. Here's to hoping for another fun and successful shoot outdoors!

MAC: Girl About Town

As a fan of lipstick, it is almost a crime to not own a MAC product on my kit. The opportunity came in perfectly with my search for the perfect blue based lipstick. And then came MAC Girl About Town...

This lipstick shade is made of blue based fuchsia that features an amplified cream finish. Depending on how many swatches you put on, it can range from medium to dark cool toned fuchsia. This makes it one of few universally-flattering fuchsias out there. Hence, the fuss around Girl About Town was well deserved as it is a classic shade, and we all love a classic, right?

without flash

The main thing I love about wearing Girl About Town, aside from the color, is the fact that it glides easily when you apply. And yet, it is not ultra glossy (which I despise). Instead, it comes with a semi-matte finish. Whether you like matte or glossy lipstick, you can get the best of both worlds here.

What is your favorite MAC shade?
